About the Role:
Will help on developing communication skill
Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, lesson plans, and curriculum tailored to the specific needs of the learners, focusing on improving their communication skills.
Training Delivery: Conduct virtual training sessions using video conferencing tools, providing constructive feedback and guidance to learners to help them improve their communication skills.
Assessment and Feedback: Administer assessments and provide regular feedback to assess learners' progress and adjust training methods accordingly.
Individual Coaching: Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to address specific communication challenges and provide personalized guidance to learners.
Resource Sharing: Share relevant resources, articles, and tools to further support learners in their communication skill development, and keep abreast of emerging communication trends and tools.
Communication Expertise: Strong command of the English language, including grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary. Fluency in other languages, such as Bengali, can be an advantage for local context understanding.
Teaching or Training Experience: Prior experience in teaching, training, or coaching in the field of communication or language skills, with a demonstrated ability to enhance learners' communication abilities.
Communication Techniques: Proficiency in various communication techniques, including public speaking, interpersonal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
Educational Background: A degree in communication, linguistics, education, or a related field can be beneficial, demonstrating a solid theoretical foundation in communication.
Adaptability: Flexibility to tailor communication training programs to various audiences, from individuals seeking to improve their English skills to professionals aiming to enhance their business communication.
